 Apprentices & Reinstating Local 701 Participants ONLY:
1st of the Month Following EITHER ...................... 300 hours during a contribution quarter   OR
 ......................................................................... 600 hours in 6 consecutive months   OR
 ......................................................................... 1000 hours in 9 consecutive months  OR
 ......................................................................... 1300 hours in 12 consecutive months
 All Others........................................................... 800 hours in 6 consecutive months
 
 Continuing Eligibility (All Members):
 300 hours during the contribution quarter of: (500 hours for MA/PA - Class Code 06)
 ................ May, June, July.................................Provides eligibility during October, November, December
 ................ August, September, October..............Provides eligibility during January, February, March
 ................ November, December, January..........Provides eligibility during April, May, June
 .................February, March, April.......................Provides eligibility during July, August, September
1200 hours during the 12 month period of:
 ................ August through July............................ Provides eligibility during October, November, December
 ................ November through October.................. Provides eligibility during January, February, March
 ................ February through January.................... Provides eligibility during April, May, June
 ................ May through April............................... Provides eligibility during July, August, September

MEMBERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Member’s Assistance Program (MAP) is part of your health and welfare benefit. Members and their eligible dependents have access to professional counselors. We can help you with depression, stress, anxiety, financial issues, stop smoking, and many other personal problems. If alcohol or drugs are a problem we can help with that problem too. Early intervention has shown treating psychological and substance abuse problems will improve the overall quality of your life. The sooner you call the sooner we can help!!! Our services are confidential.
